Sky Garden Residential Complex

Tree in Boxes explores the translation of an initial conceptual model into an architectural composition through analytical diagramming and programmatic manipulation. The design process involved fragmenting and redistributing program elements across multiple levels within the construct. These transformations were guided by site conditions and patterns of urban influx. Word diagrams served as conceptual tools to define and reinforce key design objectives. A primary goal was the implementation of a terracing strategy to connect the site’s three distinct levels. This approach established spatial continuity while organizing functional relationships. Simultaneously, a ground-level void was preserved to maintain public space and urban circulation.

The structural resistance system is the central core system. The main backer and porter is a concrete core with an abscissa of 2.5m, and the center of the core is the main duct that circulates air andprovides a place for installation. Also rest of the floor for firm use sideway staple, and shear walls. 3 blocks each 11th grade that Segment to 3 parts. Each floor is divided into 4 zones, 3 are residential, and the other is a garden that supports trees, vegetation,... Also, the upper floors have a balcony overlooking this garden. 3 parts ofthe structure has its own garden with their own view to the environment, the central garden is the garden with the highest altitude (the central garden contains 5 floors, other gardens, upper and lower parts contain 3 floors) means the heart of the structure is surrounded by nature and natural filters.
